A:  Each group will be given a physiological scenario – see below for your scenario! Please read the scenario carefully. Refer to Unit 4-chapters 18-29 starting on page 251 in your textbook and use online resources as references( https://consultgeri.org/ (Links to an external site.)). Take the time to read the physiology chapters in your text pertinent to the scenario you selected. For example, if your scenario discussed an individual with respiratory and gastrointestinal problems, you would want to read chapters 18 and 20 in your text. You are required to provide citations and references for your web-based assessment tools and your answers to the questions posed in the scenarios. Your submission must be at least 250 words or more (not including the questions).
IMPORTANT:  If a question asks you to list 5 points, provide a bulleted list of 5 points. Provide the reference citation from which you found the answers to the questions after each question. Provide a reference list at the end of the assignment.
B: When you are asked to find and describe a web-based assessment tool – I am not referring to general physical assessment methods, but specific assessment tools for the focused assessment assigned. Tools will allow you to measure some problem and quantify the results. For instance, the FACES pain scale is a pain assessment tool.
