Provide your reason/rationale for choosing your cultural group, and describe your group per a literature review (using at least 3 – should really be more than – peer-review articles). As appropriate, your description should address (at least) the following:
• Your reason/rationale for choosing your cultural group
• What makes your group a cultural group? Per Heine’s 2-part definition of culture, what ideas, beliefs, tech, habits, or practices do individuals in your group share? Within what shared context (environment, situation…) do members of your cultural group exist?
• What is the history of your cultural group?
• How big, prominent, well-known is your cultural group?
• What has made it easy or challenging for individuals to be members of your cultural group. Is it
revered? Is it stigmatized)?
• What other information can you find about your cultural group?
• What other information would you like to know about your cultural group? What gaps are there in
information available?
• Conclude your review with a few sentences summarizing of what you have learned (key findings)
about your group
