DEFINITION – Provide an accurate and understandable definition of the disability
COMMON CHARACTERISTICS &/OR SECONDARY DISABILITIES – provide unique characteristics associated with the disability and or any secondary disabilities
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – provide health & safety precautions related to physical activity/PE
MODIFICATIONS TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY – you are to provide specific modifications to physical activities that would be taught in physical education. At LEAST 6 Specific Modifications / Inclusion Tips
SPORTS & RECREATION ORGANIZATIONS List and describe at least 3 PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/SPORT organizations (for each fact sheet) and how they are specific to the disability. Please include name of the organization, addresses, web sites, pictures &/or video clip.
REFERENCE LIST of at least 3 references in APA format for each fact sheet (1 must be non Internet sources and Internet sources must be creditable, put the specific name and website address). Also, references only maybe on the second page.
You will ALSO be presenting to your peers on your assigned disability. You want to make your presentation creative and informative.
