I am doing a research on The Utilization of a Health Application in the care of Patients with Chronic Illnesses in the UAE Military Medical Services – Primary Health Care Sector.
The data collection are from 3 surveys. It gathers data from physicians, patients to find out if an app is needed to help the compliance problem. The other survey is the Modified Morisky Scale to measure compliance of the patients.
I need data interpretation to find out the significance of the results.
1) if there is a compliance problem using the Modified Morisky Scale? (figure out the compliance rate)
2) The other survey enquires on the opinion and the idea of the patients towards incorporating a health app to help with their chronic illnesses care. (gap analysis?)
3) the third survey is for the physicians working in the primary health care center, it focuses on their opinion regarding the compliance of patients with chronic illnesses in the military vs civilians , and whether a health app is needed in the PHC of the Armed Forces. (gap analysis)
The study is a innovative research study, with the main problem being decreased compliance in the chronic illnesses patients of military background, and the innovation being the health app.

the sample size is less that originally intended
I also have missing data on survey forms, as many patients did not answer all the questions or answer the demographic questions properly
I need a further interpretation, a comparison between the military patients, the civilians under the military and the civilians compliance rate
also the demographics are vastly different, or skewed I think the proper term for it as most of the patients are males under the military while only a small number are civilians or civilians under the military and females. so the compliance rate will be under this:
